Inspiration Group has sold a residential property in the Prenzlauer Berg district of Berlin. The purchase is a family office.

The property in Eldenaer Straße, built in 2011, comprises 13 residential units with a total of 1,250 sqm of rental space. Inspiration Group had acquired the property in 2019 as part of a portfolio on the “Alter Schlachthof Berlin” site.

This is a 50-hectare site of the central cattle and slaughterhouse that was closed in 1995 and has been converted into a residential quarter. In the immediate vicinity are the Vivantes Klinikum Friedrichshain, the multi-purpose arena “Velodrom” and numerous shopping and gastronomic facilities as well as the “Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg” and the “Volkspark Friedrichshain”.
